I would have to give the overall rating at Benchmark a 2 or 3 for my own personal experience there. The staff are pleasant but while Ben is a 4 or 5 the other PT and PT assistant were a 2 and lazy compared to CCHC physical therapists. After 12 or 15 sessions at Benchmark I did not see a lot of improvement and even provided my MRI results to them, hoping it would direct them to some better PT but instead the response back was I was just going to have to live with it like it was the best they could do when every part of my bei... read more
Excellent PT experience that helped resolve my neck pain and teach me how to deal with them in the future.
Ben and the entire Benchmark family worked wonder on me. What was once needing intense therapy, their professional knowledge of my physical needs and training, i am more able and confident that thier work improved my condition. I've been with Bench Mark Therapy of and on for 3 yrs now. Getting ready for another surgery and wouldn't use anyone else. They are compassionate, knowledgeable and friendly.
