The entire staff at the Waynesville, NC Benchmark office are so welcoming! Jennifer is the office manager, handling all appointments, billing and greeting everyone. Jennifer makes everyone feel equally important. She is a delight. Fletcher and Stephanie have been the absolute Best therapists for our needs! I would give BenchMark 100 stars. The two people who run the clinic (therapist and office manager) are magical. They are extremely attuned to people, sensing when someone needs a boost or is having a problem. The sound most often heard, though, is laughter. They are good story tellers that draw in all the patients, pulling us together to share the fun. Special attention is paid to anyone needing it, so you wouldn't be obligated to join in. We are very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and lack communication from this practice. On 8/3/25 our primary care physician sent a referral to this practice for a Vestibular Therapist. On 9/8/25, approx. 5 weeks later, I reached back out to our physician to get an update, and if any contact information could be provided. Our physician gave us the name of Benchmark Physical Therapy in Waynesville, NC. I immediately called the practice and spoke to someone regarding the referral.
