We are very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and lack communication from this practice. On 8/3/25 our primary care physician sent a referral to this practice for a Vestibular Therapist. On 9/8/25, approx. 5 weeks later, I reached back out to our physician to get an update, and if any contact information could be provided. Our physician gave us the name of Benchmark Physical Therapy in Waynesville, NC. I immediately called the practice and spoke to someone regarding the referral.
