Best physical therapy establishment! All staff are very pleasant, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They make you feel welcome and take the time to discuss procedures you had done so you understand what is going on with your body. Thank you very much for all that you do for others!

I've had the experience of going to 3 different places for Physical Therapy in Waynesville NC. Benchmark and it's staff has been the absolute BEST out of all 3 places. I'm a disabled Veteran and after my last surgery I was told not to expect much more than 20% range of motion after therapy. Benchmark already has me at 75% and I have till mid April before I'm finished with therapy. I'm also nearly pain free; and what I mean by that is I'm at a level 2 pain level at most in any day of the week and I had a complete total revers... read more

This was my first experience with physical therapy. I had had left hip pain for several months. Orthopedist took xrays and showed no bony issues and had few suggestions other than vague "stretching". After two more months of my efforts at home, I asked the orthpedist for a referral, and ended up at Benchmark with Corey Reno as my therapist. I had a correct diagnosis within minutes, exercise regimen to strengthen hip and alleviate the pain, and the correct type of stretches to do.
