Tyler and his team are top notch! I've returned for various injury issues and they've nursed me back to health each time. Besides their obvious expertise, I particularly enjoy their group atmosphere of teamwork and encouragement. I've been to other PTs before so I know what effective rehabilitation can and can't look like. If injury comes my way again, I'll be back.
Update. Tyler was gracious and Empathetic to call me to my concerns. It was a good learning session for the staff. As a runner and cyclist I use a lot of PT and will hope to try them in the futures as it’s close to home. Thank you Tyler for your professionalism. Complete disregard for customer service and interaction. This only reason I gave them a 2 star is they were able to schedule me for 7am when I called 3 days ago. Complete disregard for customer service and interaction. This only reason I gave them a 2 star is they were able to schedule me for 7am when I called 3 days ago. I got a text message to be here 30mins early which being a new patient I would need to fill out paperwork. I came at 640 and they were closed. I waited and no one showed up till 655. Which is fine. The people are kind and friendly. Recommend for anyone who needs physical healing. Thank you for everything.
They always welcomed me by name and with a smile. Always very friendly and checking to see how I was doing on my therapy. They are a great team and great at what they do.
