The therapist was inexperienced, my issues were not fully addressed even after I explained several times. I’m also a therapist and needed shoulder issues addressed that I could not perform myself
Great experience with the entire staff. Very professional and very helpful. I even extended the PT to focus on my shortfalls of progress and they did a great job creating new programs to help my specific needs. I would definitely go back to them for my needs. I worked with Ashley, Alisha and Adam. I can not forget Gretchen as she did a great job creating a schedule to meet my availability. Thank you all for your help with my success.

My therapist was awesome and I enjoyed the therapy while attending. However, due to some pain I was experiencing i wasn't able to progress as I thought I should leaving me to repeat my activities over and over. That wasn't because my therapist wasn't doing his job, it was because my pain was becoming more and more and I wasn't able to progress as I should.
