Small facility but very efficient, friendly, and positive results therapy. Highly recommend the staff for their directional treatments to my needs. Definitely will be back for future PT if needed!
Approaching 70 years old I found myself unbalanced and had fallen a couple of times at home. With just a few weeks of physical therapy at Benchmark in Rock Springs, Georgia, I had already been told which muscles had stopped working for me in my left hip, and had worked just two days a week with exercises focusing on rehabilitating those muscles. This is my third round due to a fall and surgery. I would highly recommend this facility. From the time you walk in door till time you walk out feel at home. Gretchen is fantastic if there us a schedule problem. Andy Aleshia and Ashley great therapist. Absolutely love facility.
I was having leakage and went to bench mark for pelvic floor treatment. I could tell a big difference very soon after starting the therapy. Gretchen was very friendly when greeting you and sign you in. Ashley was amazing. Worked well with me and super friendly.
