I was not a believer but after working with Whitney for 4 sessions my headaches have diminished substantially. She's a great therapist.
Benchmark is an excellent place to go for physical therapy. I had lower back and glute problems, and after awhile with various stretching excersizes things to do that work those muscles, I felt great again. Thank you Benchmark, and all who work there. You have no idea how much you are appreciated, or maybe you do. So I highly recommend them for any muscle problems you may be experiencing. They are skilled and are the best at what they'll have you do. God bless Benchmark 😊
