These folks are awesome. Josh was very knowledgeable and made a huge difference in my shoulder. Highly recommended.
My shoulder was painful, affecting my sleep and everyday activities. The majority of my visits were handled by Josh W. who was informative and knowledgeable on how to get my shoulder back to a less painful and more functional state. My input was welcomed forming a team culture in working through the treatment. All in all, relatively painless and certainly effective. All staff were friendly, making for a pleasing atmosphere. Will definitely return to Benchmark with any future PT needs!
I really like how they are hands on with you. Josh took time explaining how each exercise helped strengthen my weaker muscles. I am now back to 100 percent and feel good.
