So far the experience with this hole has been terrible. They don't know how to file for insurance, they don't know how to do much of anything. I am lodging a complaint against them with the licensing board next week due to their sheer incompetence. Oh, micheal reached out to me. I think I still have the phone conversation. Was very pleased with the professionalism and the care of the team.
I had the opportunity to work with the wonderful staff of Benchmark for several months to overcome my injury after multiple surgeries.
