The professionalism,attention to detail and customer care that was given to me was very outstanding. The facility was very clean and organized. From start to finish, they provided a excellent service for all of their clients with grace and respect.I believe Bench Mark Physical Therapy provides a service that's unmatched by other physical therapist that I have come across.
I made this appt based on referral from my gynecologist. I received a text message to be 20 minutes early for my 1pm appt. Because I assumed there was additional information needed, because I was in pain and, honestly, because I was nervous, I was 30 minutes early instead of 20. My choice. When I arrived at the Benchmark facility the door was locked and all lights were off. I checked the business hours posted on the door and they said 7am - 5pm. Dr Roberson is amazing! Very knowledgeable and provides customer service/patient friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend Benchmark Physical Therapy. I referred a couple friends and they love it as well.
