I am so very thankful for the staff at Benchmark Union. I hurt my neck in February and started working with Brett in March. He made sure to take the time to first work on the stretches and then move to strengthening, and he always took my comfort into consideration after each set & exercise. Brett at BenchMark was great! He listened and provided multiple exercises for my son to strengthen his muscles affecting his knees. Sondra at the front desk was helpful and patient with our needs and scheduling. I would absolutely return. Highly recommend.

I had a left shoulder impingement. I could do very little with my shoulder and arm. I had a great physical therapist, Brett Messmer. He did an excellent job answering all my questions and did an excellent job communicating each workout regarding my shoulder and arm. He's has a great personality and makes you feel comfortable right off the bat. Brett, thank you!!!
