Brett helped me understand how to rehab and how to properly strength train to prevent reinjury for a knee issue. Huge thanks for Sandra all her help. Great office that makes a trip to the "doctors" a lot better!

My experience at Benchmark was amazing. They are very personable, professional and adjusted my plan as my needs changed. The atmosphere was professional but light, it helped to be able to enjoy my time while performing after surgery exercises and care. I highly recommend Benchmark in Union for any PT needs.
