I had a great experience at Benchmark. Brett and Faith pushed me (gently) to work through my shoulder pain and strengthen my muscles. I left with full range of motion and functionality. They were also lots of fun! Sondra was always the welcoming friendly face at the front desk. Thanks ya’ll!
I went here originally having pain. The staff are all great and friendly. They make jokes and keep the environment light and fun. It was definitely an amazing experience.
