Grumpy old guy somehow tears rotator cuff and other dumb stuff. Gets referred to PT. Thankful I chose Benchmark! Shelby did a great job in both tolerating my (valid) grumpiness and weird sense of humor and making me work to regain both range of motion and significant reduction in pain level. I don't whine anymore! Doesn't get much better than that!. Oh, and Sam at the front desk always made me feel welcome and valued as a patient!
I improved each week I went to Benchmark. The exercises weren’t all easy but they work. The people are friendly and encouraging. They created an “at home” exercise routine that will help me to continue to improve. It’s my “go to” place for physical therapy.
