I have been trying to get authorization for more pt from Danielle who told my insurance I medically didn’t need physical therapy prior to actually evaluating my foot thoroughly enough and seeing that I can not even stand tip toe or lift off of my foot. Since July 29 until August 19 I have gone without physical therapy no matter how much I try to get it by contacting their office as she never updated my report. The staff at Benchmark are very professional, attentive and friendly. Scheduling is easy and flexible. The facility seems to have everything that is needed to help one with their therapy. The staff provided an app with videos and instruction of all exercises to make home workouts easy. I will definitely go back should I need another round of PT and highly recommend Benchmark to anyone needing therapy. Lastly, I would like to express my deepest regards and thanks to the staff.
