After experiencing debilitating back spasms that persisted, my PCP, Dr. Royer, recommended physical therapy with Liz Orvis at BenchMark. His high praise of Liz is well earned. Liz designed an exercise program, gradually increasing the challenge and number of exercises over several weeks. Her hands-on treatments were terrific. She sent me a guide of the exerises with videos for each, which made my home practice easy to master. I'll continue the strengthening and flexibility exercises to keep my back in good shape.
