Your appointment is shared with 2 to 3 other patients. There is a lack of face-to-face communication and treatment methodologies. Environment is very agricultural; as in "get them in and get them out". I was grateful for the diagnosis, cause and exercises; however, I do not need to be supervised along with 2 other patients to ensure I am doing my exercises. Very impersonal environment. My desire would have been to have a 30 minute appointment which was truly mine. Reception needed to work on bring 'warmth' to the environment... read more
