I’m finishing my first experience at BenchMark (the one on Leestown Road) and they are great. I’ve had Leny as my therapist and she has been thorough and worked hard on what I need. I’ve been bothered by hip pain with too-tight muscles for a couple of years and this is the first time I’m able to walk without pain. I’ve enjoyed working with Leny. She is passionate about what she does and it shows. Emily (at the desk) has also been great at working around my schedule. I highly recommend them. :)
Benchmark Physical therapy is the best I have experienced! Lenny is so great in personalized PT specific to the needs of each patient. I always felt comfortable and secure with her exercises. She progressed me at an appropriate speed and level. On the day I was discharged she went over all of the exercises I can continue at home to ensure my recovery continues. Leny fixed issues I didn’t even know I had! My back feels better than it has in years, and my hips have much less pain than before.
This past spring I had been successfully treated for a couple of issues. When my doctor referred me for something else, I immediately knew who to call. Even though months had passed, I was greeted by name like an old friend. This treatment was a shorter term than the previous experience but I was successfully treated with love and care and given great instructions for my continuing wellness.
