I am adjusting my review because although I did not have the best experience Timothy, Courtney, and Colby made the situation right. They immediately called me to discuss my situation and took the necessary actions to ensure a better experience with their facility in the future for not only myself, but others as well.
Do not go here. They completely misled me in my costs. I was told my sessions would be 100% covered by my insurance. Never once did they tell me that was no longer the case and I would be charged $100 per session. I only found this out after my 7th session when I received a bill in the mail from my insurance for $700. Not to mention every time I showed up my therapist Nancy was distracted, did not seem like she wanted to be there, and ended my session early every time. This entire situation feels like absolute fraud.
The staff is amazing. My PT, Emily Q, is one of the friendliest people. She cared about my care, she'd stop before I knew I needed her to stop. She knew exactly where my problem was, and how to manage it. The rest of the staff, Shelby, Peyton, Colby. They were all great to work with. I was sad to end my time with them, I forgot about the pain I was in because of them.
