Therapy was thorough and very helpful. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Sessions were on time and efficient. Would go back again if needed to same therapist.
Benchmark East Woodstock is the best! The therapists and support staff are all super friendly, knowledgeable, and so supportive. Special kudos to Dr. Cole! He helped me with the issues that sent me to PT, but the encouraging way he worked with me also gave a big boost to my confidence to improve my overall health. I felt that I received the proper and most complete care at this facility. My therapist, Emily was not only very well trained, but was enjoyable to be with, making a normally not so pleasurable chore, something I looked forward to. Highly recommended.
My experience with BenchMark was outstanding! Emily was exceptional and focused on every exercise that I need as I prepare myself for surgery to replace my knee. I look forward to working with her when my physical therapy starts after surgery!
