I’ve worked with Dr. Colby Cole for various injuries over the last year or so. He’s helped me immensely. I’ve found him to be an excellent diagnostian. His treatments have been effective, his communication skills are excellent, and he’s an all-around very nice man. Highly recommended.
I’d like to share my experience my neck has been out of whack for well over a year. I could not even walk around without passing out. I finally got into Physical Theraphy and Colby worked his magic fingers. I can now twist turn, not and dip my head without any hardly any problems thank you so much Colby and benchmark. You were wonderful experience and I would offer to come back again when needed.
I am adjusting my review because although I did not have the best experience Timothy, Courtney, and Colby made the situation right. They immediately called me to discuss my situation and took the necessary actions to ensure a better experience with their facility in the future for not only myself, but others as well.
Do not go here. They completely misled me in my costs. I was told my sessions would be 100% covered by my insurance. Never once did they tell me that was no longer the case and I would be charged $100 per session. I only found this out after my 7th session when I received a bill in the mail from my insurance for $700. Not to mention every time I showed up my therapist Nancy was distracted, did not seem like she wanted to be there, and ended my session early every time. This entire situation feels like absolute fraud.
