Top-notch physical therapy at BenchMark Powder Springs! I've been treated here for three different injuries, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Libby, my PT, is fantastic—knowledgeable and very supportive. Highly recommend!
This facility and all the staff made physical therapy pleasant. Exercises were very effective and my therapist, Libby Powell, provided lots of information and answered all the many questions I had. Looking forward to coming back to this location after my next knee replacement surgery!
Dr Libby and her team are the best of the best in physical therapy. Their ability to work with young patients all the way to seniors (me) is outstanding.
Libby is a genuine asset, she is dedicated to applying PT to get people to better live styles.
Today was the worst day I have experienced. First the receptionist had me do my own therapy by just looking at my chart. I did all all the PT myself. There was on PT lady there and she didnt help anyone. To make matters worse there was a gentleman there who had to do his own PT also. He went off and said he wasn't paying for a receptionist to tell him what PT to do. He refuses to pay. The PT lady there was on her laptop. I totally agree with the guy.
