I enjoyed the staff at Benchmark, especially Ellen my therapist and Zach the front desk personnel. Ellen worked very hard to help me recover from complete knee replacement and I feel I am well on my way with the exercises I can do from home. I am 72 yrs old so she moved right at the rate I needed. If you're looking for someone that is a little harder on you that would be Manica. She is very good at what she does. I'm just a little too old for that hard of a workout.
