Honest knowledgeable staff. Definitely care about the patient they are working with.
I had an exceptional experience with Benchmark in Georgetown, Kentucky. I could not have been more impressed. Zach at the front desk greets everyone as they enter with eye contact and a warm smile. He works really hard to schedule you the days and times you want. And the insurance part of this went off without a hitch, which I was thankful for. The staff (shoutout to Manika, Dylan, and Ellen - I saw all three) were excellent! I went from barely walking to ready for a cruise and exploring exotic places. All three were excellent. Manika, you pushed me the hardest, which was EXACTLY what I needed! I will forever thank you for that! I’m ready for anything now!
Benchmark therapist did a great job in getting my shoulder back to normal and pain free after a fall. Thank you Manika and team.
