I've been going to Benchmark for several months for my hip, back and knee replacement. My experience with the staff and therapists has been great. Everyone is skilled, professional, friendly and enjoy sharing their life experience. The facility is small, clean, and well maintained. A special shout out to Leo, who has taught me so much and has brought me far on my journey to healthier life.
Me again, but they wouldn’t let me amend my original review. I had to return to physical therapy for my back injury as I started getting back into higher-level activity, and the team welcomed me right back in. Leo was the “new guy” this time and did a great job—just like Hunter, Laura, Caroline, and the whole crew. Still a five-star place all around.
Worst experience ever.
Everyone at Benchmark are very polite, professional and really know how to get the most out of you to really make your time there worth it. They don’t push u to pain they just know how much to get u to a better place. Mark, Laura & Caroline rock!
