The first day I walked into Benchmark Therapy I met Matt. After talking with him I knew they were the right fit for me. I hurt and was not sure of how to proceed but Matt was very confident of the course of treatment. I had some challenging moments but I’m very appreciative of Kayla, Matt, Kimberly and Adriana guiding me to a successful recovery. I feel so much better and am grateful.
When you have an injury you don't know how to rehab. If you push too hard you can make things worse. If don't push hard enough you will never recover. Matthew, my therapist at Benchmark guided me through the process. Matthew was able to provide practical advice and tailored my exercise program to match my current ability level. I always thought I could handle physical injuries and issues myself without help. Maybe when I was younger, but as I’ve aged, I found out that is just not the case. Love how easy it is to make an appointment! Kimberly is great and helped me with calf issues last year which allowed me to train successfully for a half.
Benchmark is by far, the BEST physical therapy group that I have ever been to. They are pleasant, personable, very easy to schedule with.
