Great staff and wonderful environment. Kim and the staff listened to the goals I had and worked with me to not only get function increased from my surgery but also to get the mental success in reaching the goals to feel I could do the actives I enjoy.
For the past twelve weeks I have been going to Benchmark to receive treatment for the healing of my knee after total knee replacement surgery. Under the guidance of Kimberly and Kayla I have been able to get back to playing pickleball three times a week and walking the dog every day. The Hanahan staff is both highly professional AND practical. The office has a relaxed and friendly vibe. They constantly ask for feedback on how you feel so as to customize the therapy for your issue. They also advise on what to work on at home after each session as exercises change as you get stronger. I also appreciate that they work hard to get your appointments scheduled in advance so that you don't lose momentum for your recovery.
My 15 year old has been going to PT twice a week at Benchmark for the last 6 weeks with Kayla. Kayla has been phenomenal with my daughter and she has looked forward to PT because of her. I would recommend Benchmark Hanahan to anyone who is in need of Physical Therapy!
