Benchmark did our original 2017 mortgage and this Feb 2021 Refi. The Refi saved us many $$ and they worked through some of our particular Covid related issues very smoothly. Everyone was very helpful and both transactions closed on-time and with no problems.

I am surprised surprised at the positive reviews I am seeing on here considering the negative experience I had. I cannot in good conscience reccomend this loan officer to family or friends. He would not return phone calls in a timely manner. He would tell me one thing over the phone and message me something completely different than what he said. Shandy, Whitney and Susan are the greatest. easiest refinance I have ever done. They are very patient with the elderly like myself. They answer all the questions no matter how many you have!!

We are so impressed with Steve Reed and his team! They are the nicest and most efficient group! They made the process, from the first time we spoke to the last paper we signed so smooth and easy.
