When (not if) you have an issue with this company you will be offered to mail your complaint to the corporate office. We are paying thousands of dollars extra each month while they continue to come up with more steps (notarized letters, send a check to process the requests, send separate requests to remove PMI, etc) that we need to complete before they will honor the new payment we were originally quoted a two month turn around for. 5 months in we are still waiting.
