I'm happy with the layout/design but once the order was placed, the lies started. We are 12 months from the start of our project, 9 months from the cabinet install, and we still have unresolved issues. Unfortunately, I had a difficult time with both Mark and Linda. I went to Benchmark Kitchen and Bath with a kitchen and bath renovation, and expressed to Linda that this was my first time going through this type of project and that I worked best with high communication. Linda pushed on several occasions to add a vanity to my bathroom, which I didn't want to do. I refer all customers looking for kitchen design or cabinets to Benchmark. Marc is also a licensed contractor and ran a construction company for years. That makes a huge difference for us at Marblehead Carpentry, LLC because his kitchen designs are actually executable, practical, and beautiful. They aren’t whimsical dreams that cost a fortune to execute.
Marc and his team were very professional. They were timely and really helpful answering all our questions. I would highly recommend Marc to our family and friends.
