The company lacks a solid management in New Hampshire. Poor Human Resources. Terminating staff with no notice. Some incompetent house managers which probably feeds the upset of communities at the constant presence of EMT/Police.
This company is a disgrace. When you inquire about their practices, they continue to repeat that “the state appointed them”. The state did not appoint them to purchase single family homes in quiet neighborhoods, the state merely pays them subsidy to take vulnerable individuals in that should not be living alone. They then purchase homes under the radar without town approval and collect money to place people there. They provide bare minimum services and can’t control what they take on.
