Terrible customer service , and just plain rude !
Jim was fantastic with helping me with buying 4 houses. Even came to RR for some paperwork I needed to sign. Great customer service. Will definitely work with them in the future.
Great staff to help you when you have a problem. Always nice and friendly, would recommend to anyone looking for a good bank and staff.
