Walked in to open a new account, no other customers in the building, tellers not assisting anyone inside, the person up front at a desk was on the phone, tellers at least told us to have a seat someone would be right with us... after about 10 minutes of waiting, we left, no one was there to assist us, went to another local bank that wanted our money and business. Guess bad customer service has reached local community banks as well.
What a terrible bank for customer service. They obviously don't care about the seniors that bank here. So rude, and so unprofessional. They act so caring when they are taking your money but when you need help they act all offended if you question anything. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...!!! Mindy New is the worst....
What an incredible group of folks and culture! I've done business with more than one branch and get the BEST service every time I walk in the door, ride thru the drive thru, email, etc.
