Walked in to open a new account, no other customers in the building, tellers not assisting anyone inside, the person up front at a desk was on the phone, tellers at least told us to have a seat someone would be right with us... after about 10 minutes of waiting, we left, no one was there to assist us, went to another local bank that wanted our money and business. Guess bad customer service has reached local community banks as well.
