Honestly the local branch’s staff is not only helpful and amazing at getting things done in a timely manner but they go above & beyond to make you feel so comfortable & welcomed in their branch. It’s an environment that has kind, understanding, & patient workers & aside from that they have banking that fit my exact needs & no hidden fees or surprises behind it. I couldn’t imagine banking anywhere else now. I just wish I had opened an account there much sooner.
Staff running the bank are always super friendly and nice to deal with been banking here for years love banking here
Bank manager isn’t very friendly, nothing personal. Bank teller is Jasmine is always helpful. Overall I enjoy banking with BCB, just go through the drive thru instead of coming in if using this location.
