I have been a customer of Benchmark Bank for over a decade and the last year has been a tremendous cluster. I asked them to close several accounts that they just ignored my request. Just didnt do it and an ex partner was able to steal money out of a joint account that they did not close when i asked. Then they did absolutely nothing to get my money back after their mistake. Terrible customer service. Passive aggressiveness from staff. Was planning on being a member but not anymore. Cant even park in their empty parking lot with NO BUSINESS NO CUSTOMERS. Less than 30 minutes parked and got a citation. Ridiculous business.

Huge shout-out to Benchmark Bank for supporting the Westlake High School Chap Band as its 2025 Holiday Concert Sponsor. We are so grateful for their support of music education and other Eanes organizations/booster clubs. Great bank, amazing staff. There was this young gentleman who helped me at the front who went above and beyond. They never hesitated to offer coffee or a topo!!
