My experience with Jived was very unprofessional, and I would not recommend him as a lawyer. During the signing process, we did the signing remotely, and his assistant handled the signing instead and he never showed up. He also quoted us a lower fee over the phone but, after closing, he charged us additional charges as additional correspondence kind of and not give our excess funds back which previously assured us would be refundable.
