I ordered a linen shirt from Ben Silver back in June, my 2nd one, I've been to their store in Charleston. They said it would be around 3 weeks. End of July, haven't heard from them at all, it's been 5 weeks. Ask where my shirt is. I'm told the factory took a week off it would be 7-10 days. That was 17 days ago. I have asked them to update me on the progress but they can't be bothered to reply to a simple email about my purchase. Avoid. They couldn't be less interested in helping you.
Five stars. Excellent clothes!
