Shady character! Do not trust David at Ben-sak. He will tell you anything that will make him money. He pretended to install a new ink delivery system in our HP 360 and he replaced it with an extremely used one. Plus he charged us well over the retail price for it, with labor it cost us $3100. Fraudulent bill. A few days later none of the chips on our inks were able to be read and after coming and trying to fix it many times, they said it was unable to be fixed and talked us into buying a new machine. STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS! Want a "gently used" machine at a seemingly great price and a whole lot of empty promises? This is the place for you! They take your money, send your items way later on promised on a delivery truck that is actually a Honda CRV, accompanied by rude staff who expect our staff to do their job! Top it off with BENSAK calling you and saying "don't expect the machine to be flawless," clearly indicating they are selling a faulty machine!
