Sunny and Ben worked extremely hard for us. Sunny answered so many questions and was always pleasant and patient. I worked with Sunny for the purchase of my new home and I couldn't be happier. He's professional and passionate about his work; he didn't mind taking his time to explain all of the rules and forms as a new buyer. So I ended up learning a lot from him. He's a great communicator, and responds quickly to emails and calls. He also helped lower my interest rate not once but twice before closing (4.29% to 4.04%).
