This was the worst experience. Valerie, one of the owners told me I had time to pay my taxes because she filed an extension while we were still figuring out deductions. I trusted her then I got a penalty from the IRS of $440. They did not inform me of this and I got charged an additional $240 for interest. When I called her and asked her about the letter, she said she's never seen a letter like that in her life.
