Compared to my first visit some time ago..."Before" they implemented the QR code check in/check out system...To say it's an improvement is an "Understatement",...It was an absolute breeze! I checked in at approximately 0515...Was in a door by 0600(which was my appointment time),..Was started on by 0615 and was parked out in the staging area by 0705!("Full Load!") "Good Going Capstone!"
Any Shipper/ Receiver with Overnight Parking get 5 Stars right from the start. Nobody mentioned they stop receiving at 11AM. So I had to wait until next morning for my text with a door #. I saw Capstone and I was like it will take forever but sometimes my company doesn't get charged lumpers fee. It's hot, so park next to the guard shack, lol. A lot of space to park overnight.
