Appointment 7 am only delivery 2 pallets 5 hours wating just 2 pallets
Slow as hell. I checked in yesterday afternoon for an 8am today. Im only now leaving at 3pm
Easy to access docks with plenty of room to back. Overnight staging area. My only complaint is they don't tell you when the light turns green you can proceed to gate. I sat for an hour after the light turned green waiting for the message or call telling me I could leave.
Everything goes well at the first but after paying the lumper I have to wait too long to get back my bills paper..no good..why took them so long for that..as a driver time is gold for us..
What an awesome place! I checked in at 10am the day BEFORE, for my 0600 appt the next day. I checked in via QR code which is next to the entrance. You park in the staging area and check in using the QR code. They’ll text you if they can take you today or wait till your appt. I was immediately told to stay parked and to wait for tomorrow morning. At 0300, I was woken up to a text with a door and they immediately called me asking me to drive up to the gate.
