Don't wait for text msg after bar code check in plz also go to gaurd shack to update them i already checkin then they will give you door i wsste my 1 hour to wait for text msg so make sure check in at gaurd shack as well then you don't need to wait
Check in time 5:00 am to 11:00 am after that they stop taking people you can try one day earlier and over night parking available
Poor communication at guard office, or lack of it entirely, and receiving office has no interaction unless there is a problem. Nobody informed me if I needed to open doors or leave them closed, nobody said bills go in back of trailer, nobody said it's green light is go and there would be no call or text w/ bills stamped in the back. Not only all that, but they shorted me of a set of bills when I had picked up from multi locations for their delivery. A LOT of time wasted here for not much pay.
