1 star because they have overnight parking and the guy in the office is nice, Avoid this place at all cost drivers, I’ve been at the dock since 9 AM and it is now 2:47 PM, I’ve already paid the lumper fee since 12:49 which was $340 and I haven’t felt any movement in my trailer since 12:00 and I still have a red light, nothing but lazy people in there
Over night parking
If you are a 5 a m appointment you can check in at 4:45 am they won't let you check in at least in the morning any earlier. There is parking there at the entrance of the wearhouse I had only 5 pallets was there less than 2 hours easy to back in need 🦺 or at least they say I saw some people without one on
Why have a phone if you never answer your phone. Don’t go early as they won’t unload you and u will just sit for no reason. I’m literally the only truck in the parking lot and nope won’t unload me or answer my call just plays music then loops to the beginning
I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. Checked in 15 minutes early at 5:45 was out the gate by 7:30. The lady at the guard shack was in fact nice. She's just fed up with foreigners and I don't blame her. If you can't read the signs she will get pissed off. Park your truck then walk to the guard shack. If there's no spots make your own. It really isn't that difficult. She was very nice to me when I checked in and left. Everyone else was friendly as well, again no issues. I would definitely come here again!
