The lady who works at the gaurd shack ALL ALONE NEEDS HELP. It's criminal how they have her there alone doing 50 different things to check in one driver, meanwhile us drivers are FREEZING waiting on line to be checked in. I was in line since 05:46 and didn't get checked in till 06:27. All of us drivers were frozen by the time she gets to us. And she's moving as fast as possible. This is a two man job at least
12/10/2025 — 6 AM appointment. The lady at the guard shack had a horrible attitude. I drove all night and was extremely tired. Every facility has different check-in procedures, so I kindly asked her to repeat the steps one more time. There was no line, and she had plenty of time to do her job and explain it again. Unfortunately, she seemed full of anger and frustration — either toward truckers or maybe toward life in general. This is definitely not the way hard-working truckers should have to start their day.
1 star because they have overnight parking and the guy in the office is nice, Avoid this place at all cost drivers, I’ve been at the dock since 9 AM and it is now 2:47 PM, I’ve already paid the lumper fee since 12:49 which was $340 and I haven’t felt any movement in my trailer since 12:00 and I still have a red light, nothing but lazy people in there
Over night parking
If you are a 5 a m appointment you can check in at 4:45 am they won't let you check in at least in the morning any earlier. There is parking there at the entrance of the wearhouse I had only 5 pallets was there less than 2 hours easy to back in need 🦺 or at least they say I saw some people without one on
