It has overnight parking. Check in starts @0500. But takes forever to unload. It took them 5 hours to unload and count 3 different products on 7 pallets. Wich 4 of does pallets were the same product.
Reefer load. First time delivering. Arrived the night before for 8am appt. Prior reviews stated they offer overnight parking. Check-in starts around 4:30am, there was a line forming. Finish checking in around 4:45am. Got a call for a dock door at 5:32am. Finished unloading and paperwork in hand by 7:48am. Not too bad.
Lumper service is ridiculous. Capstone. Ive been waiting an hour after paying lumper, locked to the dock being held against my will. A truck driver with a medical emergency will be able to retire off the class action lawsuit these people are inviting.
4/20/26 Had a 6am appt and arrived at 6am. Receiving opens at 5am. I would suggest if you have an early morning appt get here at 5am to check in. At 6am there was no parking in the parking area provided. I had to parking inside the gate. There was maybe 10 ppl ahead of me and all got a door. I had to wait to be called. I’m not sure if it’s a first come first serve bt I would suggest come early. The ladies at the window were pretty quick. Have your Drivers License and Vest on to check in
My experience was 5hr to get unloaded half trailer
