I hired this company to take out several trees from my yard. On the scheduled day, the team of workers showed up on time and worked hard to get the job done. There was, however, some confusion about site clean up. That's where the office manager, Gina, stepped in and saved the day! While the workers did a good job, it's clear to me that Gina is a huge asset to this company - running a tight ship. After all is said and done, I would definitely recommend Ben Bivins Tree Experts.
I hired this company to take out several trees from my yard. On the scheduled day, they cut down all the promised trees. Toward the end of the day, they told me they would need to come back the next day to finish the clean up, leaving massive piles of logs, leaves, and sticks all over my yard. Guess what! They never showed up to finish the job! I have called repeatedly and all I get are more broken promises. BUYER BEWARE. THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY!

I was very pleased with their removal of a very large tree next to a wood fence and within feet of my house. the men working for this company are very pleasant and they did a quality job at a very reasonable price.
We needed a tree removed to prepare for an addition. We also asked to have the neighbors trees cut back from our property. They were at our house in under a week to do the job and the entire crew was phenomenal! Left the yard nice and neat and stacked all the logs for us! Can’t thank you enough!

Ben and his crew did an awesome job taking down two big oak trees, trimming others, and grinding down the stumps. Great group of guys, and after the cleanup you would've thought they were never here! Also wearing masks, practicing social distancing to make everyone feel comfortable in this odd time. Highly recommend for price, level of service, and ease of doing business!
