Do not come here. These people will schedule a consultation, and have you waiting for 40 min, only to not give you any service. I specifically asked for a clear price point in tax services, they told me they can’t give me a price over the phone but that if I came in with my documents, they would be able to give me a price. They scheduled me for an appointment the next day, I came in on time for my appointment, and waiting for 40 min to be called to the back to meet with the tax preparer. If I could give -0 rating I would the most unprofessional place I have come across, not reliable, not trust worthy they had me waiting on my taxes, I sent all the info and then all of the sudden, no call, no text, no email... no communication whatsoever from this people... specially Catherine bautista the most horrible person text her several times with questions regarding my taxes and nothing.. why they would take my paperwork and made me believe they were going to do my taxes?
