Staff always professional and friendly. Have gotten excellent care over the last 20 years.
I called in late September to ask if they do root canals in the dental clinic here. The woman who answered the phone seemed totally disinterested. She said they do perform root canals there, but Medicaid won't pay for them. She told me the soonest I could be seen was November (didn't say if it would be early or late in the month), but didn't actually offer to make me an appointment. Everyone that I have dealt with at Ben Archer has been courteous, professional and efficient. Mr Lenhardt is very professional and extremely nice.
The worst unfrofessional rudest staff I've ever encountered. Will never step foot in that God forsaken place again. How can you work for a government funded healthcare and treat people like they do.
ie: "Dr" Colmont-So I had a telephone appointment this morning. I waited a half hour, then decided to call ad see what's up. The scheduler unbelievably said Dr. Colon had two cancellations before me so the inconsiderate Dr " though I'd be a no show." I replied well that's ridiculous isn't it," to where she replied I'm just the scheduler. She's right but you have to be kidding me! Must be in the twilight zone!.
