We found out a few weeks ago that Belvedere never filed my husband's taxes both federal and state in 2020 by MD sending a letter about putting a lien on our house. Belvedere has not emailed my husband back and now there are thousands in fees we have to pay. At the time, we were not married so I wouldn't have noticed since our taxes were clearly separate.
