I was very impressed with the quality of the ingredients being used at Belvedere Lodge, I've been working as an agency chef for 8 years and in that time I've only seen a handful of care homes which are useing all fresh quality ingredients like here, it was an absolute pleasure to cook here and I'd love to be booked back in again soon.
