Wow what a great guy Livio is. I had to get a form signed and witnessed for the sale of my Mums house sadly because she pass away last year. Livio didn’t charge me for his services. He kindly 10 minutes out of his time, and went out of his way to help me even though I was willing to pay. I’m sure that shows his true character of the lawyer he is. I would highly recommend him
