Nepotism. Short staffed particularly on weekends and public holidays. High staff turnover. Lack of communication and transparency. Non-clinical staff getting involved with clinical needs.
Beautifully natured care workers, excellent communication especially from nursing staff and a real sense of treating the aged with dignity and humility. A place with a soul that makes up for whatever other places might have!
The facility was well maintained and the residents were treated with utmost respect and compassion. I highly recommend this place for its remarkable team and excellent management.
