The staff at Belvedere are wonderful. They cared for our grandmother over the past seven years with genuine compassion, dignity and respect. They not only supported her, but also our entire family, consistently showing kindness and care to all residents and their loved ones.
Nepotism. Short staffed particularly on weekends and public holidays. High staff turnover. Lack of communication and transparency. Non-clinical staff getting involved with clinical needs.
Beautifully natured care workers, excellent communication especially from nursing staff and a real sense of treating the aged with dignity and humility. A place with a soul that makes up for whatever other places might have!
