Was told the hat had a 3" crown. It had a 4 1/4" crown. The person I spoke to about the problem was very apologetic and refunded my payment, told me to keep it or donate it. I gave it you a friend. If you have one with a 3" crown I would love to buy it, as I have bought 4 of these before from you. The gentleman on the phone was very professional and accommodating. I will continue to shop on your website.
