My visit today was a first for me and I was very happy with the entire experience. Lauren and Candace are very professional and knowledgeable. I will be booking a hearing test in the near future and I highly recommend Beltone for excellent customer service. Ashley was great at the front desk as well.
The team was very nice. The lady that did my testing was sweet and had a beautiful smile!
Chantel was amazing in expertise and gave me legendary customer service!!!! I wear hearing aids and my left aid wasn't working. I was delivering a seminar to a large group here in Red Deer at the Casino Hotel on 50th and reached out for service. Chantel even stayed over her lunch hour to make time to diagnose and repair my hearing aid so I could be up and running again and deliver our seminar .
