The thoroughness of the assessment & hearing test was greatly appreciated. Both audiologists & their new intern examined my ears as I'm a bit of an anomaly. Having had tubes in my ears at age 14 & both eardrums bursting in 2019, my ears had healed in such a way that it appears I still had holes but they actually had a transparent layer over the holes! I'm a few years away from needing hearing aids & will have to endure the tinnitus, I learned a lot & established a baseline to refer to as they continue to monitor my hearing!
Both my husband and I had exams with Candace, and it was AMAZING!! She and her assistant explained everything from the beginning to the end of the visit and made us feel super comfortable. We HIGHLY recommend Beltone Red Deer!
