Things went as expected except for me forgetting to ask pertinent questions I had planned to ask.
The service was very professional and 1st class. This was not a sales pick but rather a sincere hearing test. Their advise to me was I did not need hearing aids at the present time and would book a follow up two years down the road.
I am very pleased with the service and care that both Ellen and Peter have given me during this experience. Not only have I received professional service each time but they are both very caring friendly people as well as their receptionist with all aspects regarding this hearing journey for me . I highly recommend this the Windsor office of the Beltone hearing care Centre..
