Jeff Gilbertson at Skoric has been great to work with! Professional and knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions and set me up with a pair of hearing aids that fit well and work great! From scheduling to follow up customer service the entire staff has been very courteous and pleasant to engage. I highly recommend them!
Technician was knowledgeable and did a good job of explaining my hearing loss, including what could happen down the road if left untreated. He did not wear his mask properly and pulled it down several times during our visit making my husband and myself uncomfortable. This was unnecessary for hearing purposes as he was easy to hear with the mask in place. He drew up a contract and handed me a pen to sign, thereby committing me to pay several thousand dollars.
