Beware of this company! They will sell you hearing aids and not let you return them if they don’t work for you. Very disappointing experience. Go to a real ENT practice, not a pop up business like this. (Added later) anyone can be A+ rated through the better business bureau. It’s a paid service to receive the verification through them.
This guy wants to defend his bad business practice by telling you about his rating with the BBB. Before you even inquire about hearing aids ask if you are able to return them if you are not satisfied with them. Get it in writing. It cost my mother in law a 600.00 restocking charge before they would agree to taking hers back. Buyer be ware. The minute you walk out of the building there yours. Even if you have an allergic reaction to the plastic. There’s no satisfaction guarantee or your money back with this place.
