Friendly professional staff. I collect gunk in the interior of my hearing aid. The Technician (I apologize I can't remember her name, again) diagnosed this, again, cleaning the internal parts quickly & adding a new section of the outer case. Replaced the little rubber cup attachment,that fits in my ear canal, with a solid one. Results were great! She was nice enough to scope my ear canals for wax, again. Very positive visit. Vergie did a great job running hearing tests on each ear and showing me the difference from prior tests.

I’ve been very hesitant - for YEARS - to try hearing aids. I’ve only “experimented” with over-the-counter brands - and was not happy at all. Once Virgie put these in my ears and took the (extra) time to answer my immediate questions I was hooked! I already know this is going to be a game-changer for me!! Xo
Beltone's been taking care of my dad for several years now. They do a great job. He needed ears cleaned and they were able to get him in that same day. No problem recommending this crew!
