Today, Bryan fixed an intermittent aide. It is like new now. I want everyone to know that sometimes the aides slowly deteriorate. Sometimes it pays to listen to your spouse.
They keep sending me mail with my mother's name on it, who's never lived at this address or even close to this city. I have no respect for a company that mails out junk all the time.
I was able to get an appointment the next day. Unable to fix my issue but call back and let me know. Also when he called back, he spoke slow and enuciated his words so I could very easily understand the message and didn't have to listen to it numerous times.
