Very helpful adjusting my hearing aids. The volume was bumped up a bit and sound clarified. Pattie was wonderful as ever!
Test was good but they told me before I came that they were a Tru Hearing provider (which is what my insurance requires). After my test they told me they dropped tru hearing and wanted to sell me expensive bell tone aids.
Very thorough. Listened to my concerns. Verified insurance benefits and showed all costs up front. Preferred Beltone over my Healthcare hearing providers who seemed indifferent to my hearing problems. I was more than satisfied and I would highly recommend.
