Very thorough. Listened to my concerns. Verified insurance benefits and showed all costs up front. Preferred Beltone over my Healthcare hearing providers who seemed indifferent to my hearing problems. I was more than satisfied and I would highly recommend.

The technician was very friendly and thorough. I was disappointed that we did not receive our 10$ gas voucher as promised and did not receive the free phone for my Dad's severe hearing imparement as indicated by the man who scheduled us the appointment.
Very helpful introducing new hearing aids that are much more effective than the ones I have been using for several years. I am getting the new ones!
