The postcard we received said we'd have a "video" inspection of the ears, that didn't happen. Event also offered a gas card, we didn't get that either. If all of this was "free" why did they ask for our insurance cards? My husband tested the hearing aids with the settings from his exam, and had a lot of echoing, person said he'd "get used to it." For $6000 for the pair he shouldn't have to "get used" to anything of that sort.
