I approached getting hearing aids with some skepticism- not because I didn’t need them, but because I’ve never had a pair of ear buds or headphones that didn’t fall out of my ears. Sure enough, I’ve struggled to get these hearing aids to stay in. On top of this, we come and go from the area making scheduling difficult. I had a very good experience as I am having difficulties hearing at present and they did a hearing test and explained what they could do for me to improve my hearing. They had me try on a set of hearing aids and adjusted the settings according to my personal hearing loss and explained that they could set them for different levels of reducing background noise and how that would also help with my hearing..
