I had a very good experience as I am having difficulties hearing at present and they did a hearing test and explained what they could do for me to improve my hearing. They had me try on a set of hearing aids and adjusted the settings according to my personal hearing loss and explained that they could set them for different levels of reducing background noise and how that would also help with my hearing.. Patti did a terrific job modifying the hearing aids for a focus group. She effectively fine tuned the hearing aids via computer, added a music group which improved music sound quality, and changed one dome to fit better in my ear canal. In addition, she modified the hearing aids streaming and voice communications functions. Definitely improved my hearing ability. Thank you Patti and Audry!
Patti was very thorough, discussing the value of each part of the exam. She fitted my hearing aids and spent a generous amount of time trying to fine tune them to my needs. The total price seemed rather high, but it came with several guarantees and promises for great service. Thank you.
