Couple of things after the appointment. 1. When set up I was told the insurance company I am a policy owner of was one they accepted. NOT TRUE, out of network. 2. Only demonstrate the top of the line device which is very expensive. 3. Tests were conducted in an office, not a sound proof room. Ambient noise could still be heard from outside sources. The representative was very nice, understood the need, and offered good information and plans to afford the top of the line units. These units were very excellent at improving my ... read more
